You can send us your consultation request here. Once we have received your enquiry, you will be sent a personalised questionnaire by email containing all the relevant questions, along with the consent form for the processing of personal data.

In addition, we will send you a personal upload link, including a password, which you can use to securely upload your documents, the completed and signed questionnaire, and the required image files.

Please note that the submission of the MRI image data is absolutely essential for us to produce a report. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an assessment based solely on the written MRI report. We will then endeavour to send you our assessment by email as soon as possible.
